All Bodies of Solace garments are made to order unless otherwise stated.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. Production time is separate from shipping time.
If there are any significant delays, you will be notified via email.
Shipping Within New Zealand
Orders are shipped via tracked courier.
Delivery timeframes within New Zealand typically range between 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on location. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via tracked international courier.
Estimated delivery timeframes typically range between 6–15 working days after dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
Bodies of Solace is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Risk & Delivery
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer, subject to applicable consumer law.
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Bodies of Solace is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please make contact and assistance will be provided where reasonably possible.
Packaging
Garments are carefully packaged to ensure protection during transit. If an item needs to be returned in accordance with the Returns Policy, it must be returned in its original packaging.
