Many Bodies of Solace pieces are produced in limited runs or made in small batches. Slight variations may occur as part of the handmade process.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment providers. We do not store full credit or debit card details.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Shipping and Risk
Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.
Once an order has been dispatched, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns Policy, available on our website.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where applicable.
Custom Orders
Bodies of Solace may offer custom orders on a case-by-case basis. Requests may include variations in sizing, materials, or finishes from existing designs and are assessed individually depending on materials, time, and process.
Full payment is required before production begins. Due to the personalised nature of these garments, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.
If a custom piece arrives with a fault or issue resulting from production, Bodies of Solace will work with the client to repair, replace, or resolve the issue where possible.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, garments, text, graphics, logos, images, branding, and overall aesthetic presentation, is the intellectual property of Bodies of Solace unless otherwise stated.
“Bodies of Solace” and associated logos are trademarks of Bodies of Solace. Trademark registration is pending. Unauthorised use of our name, logo, branding, imagery, or designs is strictly prohibited.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website, products, or content without our express written permission.
Purchasing a garment does not grant ownership of design rights or intellectual property.
